Spontaneous trip north with Ivy&Prizzly, past Santa Barbara, to Solvang, California - a small Danish village filled with pastry and chocolate and windmills and cuckoo clocks.
After an evening at the Cowboy Palace, we did the tourist tour of LA. We drove down Sunset Blvd, Hollywood Blvd, Rodeo Drive, past the Hollywood sign and up into Griffith Park.
Made it just in time for sunset.

| After a lollipop from a local dispensary, the Observatory was truly mind-blowing (and a bit overwhelming). Staring at images of galaxies across the vast expanse of space, I walked outside to see the same view displayed through the city lights of Los Angeles. |
